Crew changes have begun in Sri Lanka through charted flights.
However foreign crew embarkation and disembarkation are not permitted through commercial flights.
Crew disembarking from a vessel will be sent directly to the transit hub and, once the charter flights are available, will be transferred directly to the airport for repatriation.
A PCR test should be completed before 72Hrs of boarding a flight and provided to a port health officer before landing in Sri Lanka.
In the event of a personnel tested positive, treatment should be made in the designated intermediate care facility.
